1. Why do we collect and keep personal information
(Through our downloadable PDF application forms)


Although this website does not collect and store your personal information in an online environment, we do have downloadable application forms which can be filled in by hand and posted to our Honorary secretary, these forms collect personal information including:
– Name and/or Company Name
– Address and/or Company Address
– Telephone Number

– Email

– Other information that you provide us with on the form such as details of your animals for example.

When you send the application forms to us which may be by post or by email should you wish to, this information enables us to register you either as an entrant for the show, as a sponsor, advertiser or as a trade stand holder for example.

2. How Information about you is used.


Any personal data which you send to us will be secure and confidential at all times.
We will not pass your details on to third parties for marketing purposes.
We will only collect the personal information that is sent to us for purposes involving Fishguard Show administration work only.
We will keep your contact information stored purely for the purposes of Fishguard Show work, for general correspondence for this matter and for the duration of our relationship with you as an Advertiser/Sponsor/Trade Stand holder and/or entrant to Fishguard Show and to send you an invoice(s) if applicable.
In addition to the disclosures reasonably necessary for the purposes identified elsewhere above, Fishguard Show may disclose your personal information to the extent that we are required to do so by law, in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings, and in order to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

3. Securing your data


North Pembrokeshire Farmers’ Club will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
North Pembrokeshire Farmers’ Club will store all the personal information you provide on secure servers where applicable and any physical paperwork in a secure environment.

 In the unlikely event that we believe that your data has been breached we will let you know at the earliest opportunity and as soon as we are aware of any data breach.

5. How long do we keep your personal information?


We will retain the information provided to us only for as long as is necessary for the purpose of your continued relationship with Fishguard Show (North Pembrokeshire Farmers’ Club). Should you wish to terminate your relationship with Fishguard Show, please let us know by email (info@fishguardshow.co.uk) and we can ensure that all your personal details are securely disposed of.
